IB Forum is a great place to eat. They have a full bar and are family friendly with delicious food that comes in huge portions! They have the best fish and chips around, and the staff had the cool and calm IB chill.

Was looking at another place to get a hamburger but found out it had closed. So ended up at IB Forum on the seats facing the street. The counter was unclean and hadn't been wiped down where we were going going to sit. I hate the way too many restaurants use those yucky rags to wipe seats and tables and literally everything with same rag. Yuck. Area we sat in also had mess on floor. (-2 stars) Wife and I ordered a hamburger and friend ordered a mushroom burger. They're big burgers. Also had fries and onion rings. Parking right behind restaurant.

Great atmosphere. If you like sports this is the place. Calamari is good. Servers are great. Go. Local spot. Tons of good energy. Cocktails are underwhelming.

Connie was my bartender and was the best one in imperial Beach thus far. The owners know what they're doing at the Forum. I suggest everything on the menu. They have the best wings in San Diego.

Had a few tasty drinks at the bar enjoyed some extra crispy fries with world class ketchup...played some jams on the jukebox & watched football...went across the street to soak up the ocean view...nice service & lil spot but bathrooms can be a wait at times.

My meal was so delicious! Crab cakes were so sweet and the poached eggs cooked to perfection! My server was so kind and our food was out so quick! We have not been here since before the renovations and I am happy to see there is more seating now! Can't wait to come back! Thank you!

Vast selection of beers from blue moon to voodoo ranger to mango cart and modelo. Full bar and multiple beers to choose from. My party and I had the surf and turf potatoe skins, the chicken wings, and tried the jalapeño burger. Lost of room inside and outside to sit. Nice fire pit outside which would be good at night and great for game days. One of our silverware was dirty and the potatoe skins seemed a bit over cooked for my taste but other then that, everything was great. Place was packed and customer service was still good. Chicken wings were delicious and a must try.

I've been to IB Forum twice now and am obsessed! My husband and I have recently discovered the Tijuana Estuary and really enjoy taking our pups for walks while doing some bird and wildlife watching. We live in Clairemont, so it's a good 30-minute drive, so we like to make a little afternoon out of it and it has become a sort of tradition to finish up our afternoon with lunch at IB Forum! The fact that it's "The most South Westerly Bar and Grill in the USA" is what originally attracted us to it, but now I love the vibe, food and atmosphere. Our first visit was on the 4th of July, so it was quite crowded. We had our pups so our only option was to sit in the small font patio area that overlooks the street and a tiny bit of water view. Our second time we were seated in the back patio with our pups and while I loved that patio overall, I think I surprisingly preferred the front for just my husband and I to people watch. However, the back patio has a large firepit table that seats about 9 people, and I definitely plan to keep that in mind for a larger party meal! The food is so delicious. Both times I ordered the Cobb Salad, sub bleu cheese for cheddar, and added Mahi Mahi. The salad is absolutely giant, so I'd suggest dressing on the side so that you can save the salad for later if necessary. Speaking of dressing, the ranch is creamy and delicious as well! We also shared an order of the fried zucchini and I kid you not, there were 3 full zucchini's cut in half, and they heated up so well in the air fryer the next day. I am a big fan and we have no issue driving out of our way to come here once in a while!
